WHAT IS THE FOI CERTIFICATE FOR?
The FOI certification is designed for fiber installers who work with the installation of fiber in buildings. The exam for the certification is done after completion of the preparatory course and approved practical exam. If you have practical professional experience, the exam for the certification can be done without preparatory training.
WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATE DO YOU RECEIVE?
After passing the test, the participant receives a written certificate and is entitled to use the title (FOI-Fiber Optics Installer) in connection with his / her name.
EXAM POSSIBILITIES AND COURSES
We currently offer exam opportunities for FOI twice a year, or when there are enough interested participants. We can also offer preparatory education.

Founded in 1978 the Electronics Technicians Association International (ETA) has issued over 150,000 technical certifications covering more than 80 certification programs in a variety of technology fields. ETA certifications test the knowledge and hands-on skills needed in today’s electronics industry.
WHAT DOES THE ETA CERTIFICATION GIVE?
An ETA certification signifies that the holder has demonstrated professional proficiency and has the right technical knowledge and skill to meet international electronics industry standards. The certification verifies that electronics technicians have received sufficient training in industry standards, including troubleshooting techniques, knowledge of test equipment, and installation procedures.
